Kane cares. He is always available to listen and advise. He acts very quickly on anything he says he will do for you. His caring gives you trust and confidence whenever you meet him or telephone him. He is reliable, polite and always a pleasure to meet. He is a great ambassador for the NHS as a caring service.

Kane has been amazing at his job, from the beginning he has listened to my issues and understands the situation I am in. Thanks to his help I am getting my condition under control and can hopefully enjoy being active and doing things other people my age are doing in the near future. Could not recommend Kane enough for his help, really appreciate all the help I have received.

I spoke to Kane da Silva by telephone, for this first time, and I was impressed with his style. He showed interest and asked some very relevant questions, and made a couple of useful suggestions. We spoke on Monday, and by Friday I had received more forms for blood tests, and also a copy of the letter he had written to my GP. I didn't know his role until I saw it on the letter, but I am very happy to speak with him again in the future.
